These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rewards4UNME website and any future Rewards4UNME shopping rewards services.

By accessing or using Rewards4UNME, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

1. About Rewards4UNME

Rewards4UNME is being developed as a consumer shopping rewards platform that may receive affiliate compensation from participating retailers and affiliate networks.

Our intended model is to share 50% of eligible net affiliate commission generated by qualifying member transactions with the member responsible for that transaction.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Rewards4UNME services.

Rewards4UNME may establish additional age, residency, identity or eligibility requirements before activating member accounts or withdrawals.

3. Member accounts

When member accounts become available, users may be required to provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of their login credentials.

Members are responsible for activity performed through their accounts unless prohibited by applicable law.

4. Shopping rewards

Rewards are not guaranteed for every purchase.

A qualifying reward generally requires that:

• The member begins the shopping session through an approved Rewards4UNME tracking method.
• The retailer recognizes the transaction as eligible.
• The transaction generates eligible affiliate commission.
• The commission is properly attributed to Rewards4UNME.
• The transaction is not later cancelled, refunded, reversed or disqualified.

5. Pending rewards

Rewards may initially appear as pending.

A pending reward is an estimate and is not yet guaranteed or available for withdrawal.

Pending rewards may be adjusted or removed if the corresponding affiliate commission is modified, rejected or reversed.

6. Retailer and affiliate network rules

Qualifying transactions are subject to the rules of the participating retailer and affiliate network.

Retailer-specific exclusions may apply to certain products, services, gift cards, promotional codes, customer types or transaction methods.

7. Returns and cancellations

If a purchase is returned, refunded or cancelled, the corresponding affiliate commission may be reduced or reversed.

In that case, any pending or unpaid reward associated with that transaction may also be reduced or cancelled.

8. Withdrawals

When withdrawals become available, Rewards4UNME may establish minimum withdrawal amounts, payment schedules, identity verification requirements and approved payment methods.

Only approved and available rewards may be withdrawn.

9. Fraud and prohibited activity

Users may not manipulate or attempt to manipulate Rewards4UNME, affiliate tracking systems, retailer systems or reward calculations.

Prohibited conduct may include:

• Fraudulent purchases.
• False transaction claims.
• Multiple accounts used to manipulate rewards.
• Automated or artificial transaction activity.
• Unauthorized use of another person's payment information.
• Interference with affiliate tracking systems.

Rewards4UNME may suspend or terminate accounts and cancel rewards associated with suspected fraud or abuse.

10. Retailer independence

Participating retailers are independent businesses.

Rewards4UNME does not control retailer pricing, product availability, fulfillment, warranties, returns, customer service or other retailer operations.

Purchases are made directly with the retailer.

11. Affiliate relationships

Rewards4UNME may earn compensation when users complete qualifying purchases through affiliate links or other approved tracking methods.

Retailer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. No guarantee of earnings

Rewards4UNME does not guarantee that any user will earn a particular amount of money or rewards.

Affiliate rates, retailer participation, product eligibility and transaction volume may change.

13. Website availability

Rewards4UNME does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or services.

Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance or business reasons.

14. Intellectual property

Rewards4UNME website content, branding, original text, design and related materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks and retailer names remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Rewards4UNME is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Rewards4UNME does not guarantee that the website will always be free from errors, interruptions or technical problems.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rewards4UNME will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or third-party retailer services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Privacy

Use of Rewards4UNME is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

18. Taxes

Users are responsible for determining whether rewards received through Rewards4UNME create tax obligations for them.

Rewards4UNME may request tax information or issue tax documents when required by law.

19. Changes to these Terms

Rewards4UNME may update these Terms as the platform develops, retailer relationships change or legal requirements evolve.
