Rewards Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Rewards4UNME is being developed as a shopping rewards platform based on a simple principle: when a qualifying member transaction generates eligible affiliate commission for Rewards4UNME, we intend to share 50% of that eligible net affiliate commission with the member who generated the transaction.
If an approved retailer or affiliate network pays Rewards4UNME $10.00 in eligible net affiliate commission from a qualifying member transaction, the member's intended reward would be $5.00 and Rewards4UNME would retain $5.00.
1. Rewards are based on affiliate commission
Rewards4UNME rewards are not necessarily calculated as a fixed percentage of the customer's purchase price.
Instead, rewards are intended to be calculated from the eligible net affiliate commission actually credited to Rewards4UNME by the participating retailer, affiliate network or authorized partner.
Affiliate commission rates may vary by retailer, product category, promotional offer, customer type, transaction type or other factors.
2. The member share
Unless a different promotional rate is clearly disclosed before a transaction begins, Rewards4UNME intends to allocate 50% of eligible net affiliate commission generated by a qualifying member transaction to the member responsible for that transaction.
The remaining 50% is retained by Rewards4UNME to support operations, technology, payment processing, customer service, marketing, fraud prevention and other business expenses.
3. Pending rewards
A reported transaction does not necessarily mean that a reward has been fully approved.
Retailers and affiliate networks may place transactions in a pending status while they review the order.
During this period, the transaction may be adjusted, cancelled, reversed or rejected.
Rewards4UNME may therefore display an estimated or pending member reward before it becomes available for withdrawal.
4. Approved rewards
A pending reward may become approved after the applicable retailer or affiliate network confirms the qualifying transaction and the corresponding affiliate commission is no longer subject to ordinary reversal under that partner's rules.
Rewards4UNME may also wait until the corresponding affiliate payment has been received before making the member's reward available for withdrawal.
5. Returns, cancellations and reversals
A reward may be reduced or cancelled when the underlying affiliate commission is reduced or cancelled.
This may occur when:
- An order is returned or refunded.
- An order is cancelled.
- A payment fails or is disputed.
- The retailer determines that the purchase is not eligible.
- The transaction violates retailer or affiliate network rules.
- An unauthorized coupon or promotional code was used.
- The retailer determines that the transaction was fraudulent.
- The affiliate commission was incorrectly reported.
If a commission is reversed before the corresponding member reward becomes available, the pending reward may also be reversed.
6. Not every purchase earns a reward
Some purchases may not generate affiliate commission.
Examples may include excluded products, gift cards, certain services, purchases made outside the tracking period, purchases completed through another affiliate, transactions using certain promotional codes, or transactions excluded under retailer-specific rules.
Rewards4UNME cannot guarantee that every purchase will generate an affiliate commission or member reward.
7. Tracking requirements
Members may be required to begin their shopping trip through an authorized Rewards4UNME link or other approved tracking method.
Browser settings, privacy software, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, switching devices, third-party extensions or other tracking limitations may prevent a transaction from being attributed to Rewards4UNME.
Rewards4UNME cannot issue a revenue-sharing reward when no qualifying affiliate commission is attributed to the transaction unless Rewards4UNME chooses to do so voluntarily.
8. Retailer-specific rules
Each participating retailer may impose its own eligibility requirements, exclusions, commission rates and tracking rules.
Retailer rules and applicable affiliate agreements may take precedence when determining whether a transaction generates affiliate revenue.
9. Fraud and abuse
Rewards4UNME reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and suspend rewards while an investigation is conducted.
Prohibited activity may include:
- Creating fraudulent purchases.
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rewards.
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Manipulating affiliate tracking systems.
- Submitting false transaction claims.
- Using automated systems to generate artificial activity.
Rewards connected to fraudulent or abusive activity may be cancelled.
10. Withdrawals
Rewards4UNME intends to allow members to withdraw approved rewards after meeting the applicable minimum withdrawal amount.
The specific minimum withdrawal amount, available payment methods and payment schedule will be published before member withdrawals are activated.
Pending rewards cannot be withdrawn.
11. Taxes
Members are responsible for determining whether rewards received through Rewards4UNME create any personal tax reporting obligations.
Rewards4UNME may request tax information or provide tax documents when required by applicable law.
12. Retailer relationships
A retailer should not be considered a Rewards4UNME participating retailer until Rewards4UNME has received appropriate affiliate or partnership approval.
Mentioning a retailer on this website during the development or application process does not mean that the retailer sponsors, endorses or has approved Rewards4UNME.
13. Changes to this policy
Rewards4UNME may update this Rewards Policy as the platform develops, affiliate relationships change or new features become available.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown at the top of this page.
